FIX Gmail TLS Negotiation failed, certificate invalid: SSL [Leaf certificate is self-signed

While sending an email from Gmail to your server you receive:

The response was: TLS Negotiation failed, certificate invalid: SSL [Leaf certificate is self-signed]

It means your Exim mail server is not running any SSL Certificate so you can issue a certificate or self-signed SSL to your Exim Mail Server and check it again it will work,
