If you have packages created, but they are not showing when you are trying to create an account do the following:
Step 1: Login to WHM
Step 2: Edit each package that does not show and click save. (You do not need to change anything on the edit page, just hit save.)
Now they should show up once again. If you still have any issues please open a ticket with our Support Department.
