We perform weekly backups of our Shared, Reseller and VPS service to a remote R1soft server. This ensures that we will always have a copy of your data in the event of a server emergency. Please do be advised you are still responsible for maintaining your own backups and content, as in the event we do not have any backups we cannot be held liable for any data loss. We run Raid 10 server configurations along with Remote backups which is better than what most hosting providers offer so we certainly do our part in ensuring the highest of data security. | |
